Amazing Freedom Magic Image Service Terms of Service
It is understood that Amazing Freedom Magic Image & Listing Services is the exclusive, official Graphic and Copywrite Designer retained to perform design services requested on this contract. These terms are between the Amazing Freedom Magic Image service (hereon referred to as “Designer” and any paying customers of said service (hereon referred to as “Client”).
It is understood that Designer will not make use of every image submitted. Client agrees to abide by Designer’s editing decisions, but will have feedback opportunities and complete a questionnaire form that explains what they want to see done to the images.
Client will receive enhanced images and/or copy via digital download gallery and will inherently also receive usage rights associated with received images and/or copy. Designer will only use images that it has purchased through official image distributor websites, namely
Usage Rights: Client is permitted to use images for the purposes of promoting their product, whether it’s on Amazon or any other form of sales and social media. Client is not permitted to sell the enhanced images or enhanced copy for any promotional purposes to anyone else or make monetary gain from the sale of received enhanced images or copy. If there is a refund or dispute of payment, Client forfeits usage rights and will not be allowed to use any enhancements or enhancement ideas for promotion of their product on Amazon or any other website.
Client is responsible for making a backup of all images from the digital download. Designer will make every attempt to keep archival copies of images and copy, but does not guarantee that they will be retained indefinitely.
Client shall assist and cooperate with Designer in obtaining desired images needed. Designer shall not be responsible for images not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance, cooperation, or product information.
Designer will provide Enhanced Image Design and Enhanced Listing Copy to the Client’s specifications. It is up to Client to decide if they want their Images/copy to comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service. By default, Designer will only provide images that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service unless otherwise specified. Designer is not responsible for any changes in Amazon’s TOS or any possible negative consequences of enhanced images.
Designer does not guarantee that enhancing images will result in increased sales or profit.
All efforts will be made on the part of the Designer to fulfill the desires of the Client with respect to the desired outcome. All efforts will be made on the part of the Designer to match enhanced content to Client specifications and needs.

Any client-provided image list is to be used as solely a guideline to be referred to by Designer. Designer is not obligated to fulfill image list nor is Designer bound by list requests in order to fulfill services.
Designer is understood to be the authority with respect to providing product image enhancement and listing services. Designer is not responsible for redesigning product photos past 2 revision rounds nor is the designer to be held accountable to fulfill refunds for images after 2 weeks after delivery.
The charges for this service are based on Designer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
All efforts will be made by Designer to fulfill this service within 10 business days from Client’s selected start date, though the date of completed and returned images and copy are subject to be anywhere from 3-7 business days ahead of or behind schedule based on Designer’s demand.
We aim to offer the very best prices in the industry in order to alleviate many of the large production costs associated with a large firm. While our results compete with that of a large graphic design firm and publishing house, we want our clients to understand that they're referring to our expertise on Amazon graphic and listing design when working with us.
By filling out and submitting this form, it is understood that Amazing Freedom is an authority on Amazon product image and listing enhancement and can be trusted to provide pristine images and listing copy for any product.
Do I send my actual product to you?
Answer: No, we do not accept any physical products for photography. All images are graphic/digital enhancements of photos that you provide to us.
What kind of photos do I send?
Answer: Most of our customers send either existing photos that they are using on their Amazon listings, or basic photos using a decent camera or their smart phone.
 How many photos should I send?
Answer: There isn't a set number of photos to send, but you should provide several angles of your product if you want different angles displayed. Although we can work our magic in many situations, we cannot create different angles without the originals.
 What if I want to make changes to the images?
Answer: We work hard to work our Magic so your images turn out just how you want them! That's why we allow for up to 2 revisions after providing a first draft of your images. Please be detailed with any specific requests for images/text/colors if you have a preference. If you do not provide the specific text that you want included on your images, we will pull text from your listing or a similar listing (unless indicated you do not want any text included). Text changes are part of the 2 revisions allowed with the service. Any additional revision sets will be an additional charge of $10. You have 14 days to request revisions.
How do I know if my payment went through?
Answer: If your payment was successful, you should receive an email from us almost right after with confirmation. You can email us at [email protected] for confirmation if you are not sure.
 What is the average turnaround time for a set of images?
Answer: Turnaround time varies depending on the time of the year and the amount of current demand. Our designers "typically" operate on a timeline of 3 - 7 business days for the initial mock-up of the order. Once reviewed by you, we will have edits completed within another 2-5 business days.
 Where do I upload my product photos?
Answer: You will be invited to upload your photos to a dropbox link during the sign-up process. We will begin working on your images as soon as payment is confirmed.
 If I have variations of my main product what is the cost?
Answer: For $50 we will switch out the color of the product for the variation and keep the background to the main product the same, giving you 7 additional product images for a new ASIN. Different background images are considered an entire new set.
 If I do not sell on Amazon, can I still use your service?
Answer: Absolutely! We will design 7 images for you to use anywhere you’d like, as long as they are of a single product/set.
 How long does a refund take to post?
Answer: Refunds typically take 3 -5 business days to post (this is on the banking side so there is nothing we can do to increase this time).
 What if I don’t like the images you created for me?
Answer: We are happy to give you a full refund for your order within 14 days of delivery. Any images that are refunded will remain our property and you will not have the right to use them on Amazon or anywhere else.
